Refund policy

You may cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time period, we cannot accommodate any cancellations or modifications, as our team starts working on the order.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

In case of a change of mind, we can accept a return only on the condition that we receive it within 3 days from the date of delivery. The garment should be returned in its original packaging with the tags and labels intact, and should be unused and in perfect condition. Upon receipt, if the garment is found to be worn, damaged or soiled, it may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

The cost of the return shall be borne by the customer.

Manufacturing Defects
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please share images and videos of it at orders@snehalsingh.com within 24 hours of receiving the garment. A return or exchange is applicable in such a case.

Please note that slight variations in the texture, colour and details of the garment may exist, as each piece is hand-crafted through various techniques. Such variations cannot be considered defects.

Sizing Defects
If we are responsible for a sizing or fit issue with the garment, we will recall it and alter it if possible. If an alteration is not possible, we will exchange the product. Please share images of any fit issues with us at orders@snehalsingh.com.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements shared by the customer. In case of wrongly provided measurements, we can undertake alterations to fix the product; however, this service will be entirely chargeable to the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you have received a wrong or damaged item, please write to us at orders@snehalsingh.com with photos or videos within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will take immediate action to resolve the issue.
